ArtisBrowser has been specially designed to cater for a niche that other web browsers have not catered for because their focus has always been in the opposite direction... to expose media and data for sharing. ArtisBrowser looks like and functions like other web browsers, except for one significant difference. Other meta-tags can be used for the control of browser window size and protection settings such as copy, print and keyboard controls enabling the web designer to turn them on or off per individual page or dynamically switched according to the access level of the computer operator. Copy protection mode is switchable per page while viewing ASPS or CopySafe content. The ArtistScope Site Protection System (ASPS) is site protection software that requires the ArtisBrowser to decrypt web pages delivered from an ASPS server. ASPS software can be installed on all Windows and Linux servers to provide a secure tunnel between web site and the ArtisBrowser.
CopySafe solutions provide encryption and copy protection for images, PDF and video for both desktop viewing and online viewing from a web browser. ArtisBrowser is the only web browser that can interact with copy protection solutions at system level. When ASPS or CopySafe is detected on a web page, ArtisBrowser switches to 'protection mode' to prevent the web page from being exploited in any way.
ArtisBrowser is a Windows only application.
